Here's a little table I put together to try to keep track of who the Titans have coming back and so what we'll have and need going forward. You can see they are shaded by year, with seniors at the top. A team can have 13 players on scholarship. * indicates walk on player. # indicates redshirt season 2016-17 | 2017-18 | 2018-19 | Chris Jenkins, SF | Roschon Prince, F | Jacob Holland, G | Jarod Williams, G | Dre Black, PG | Josh McFolley, G | Matthew Grant, G | Isaiah Jones, C/F | Gerald Blackshear, PF | Patrick Robinson, G | Jaleel Hogan, PF | Derrien King, G/F | Jaleel Hogan, PF | Kameron Chatman F | *Musial Gjysma, F | Dre Black, PG | Josh McFolley, G | Tra'Quan Knight, G | #Isaiah Jones, C/F | Gerald Blackshear, PF | Cole Long, F | #Kameron Chatman, F | Tariiq Jones, F | *Darrell Riley, G | Aaron Foster-Smith, F | *#Musial Gjysma | #Harrison Curry, F | Gerald Blackshear, PF | Corey Allen, G | Lamar Hamrick, G | Josh McFolley, G | Cole Long, F | *Juan Parilla, G | Corey Allen, G | Malik Eichler, C | *Jordan Gorman, G | Cole Long, F | *#Ed Carter, G | Chris Brandon, F | Malik Eichler, F/C | Jermaine Jackson, G | *Antoine Davis, G | *#Jacob Joubert, G | Jack Ballantyne, F | Marquis Moore, SF | | *Ed Carter III, G | *Jacob Joubert, G | Boe Nguidjol, F | | | *Bass Ollie, G | Willy Isiani, F | | | |

Nice. That makes things a lot clearer.
Are we officially getting the preferred walk on that Kirky mentioned a week or two ago? I can't remember the kid's name.

The table was a great idea Commish - the funny thing is that I've been keeping my own version on paper for the past 10 yrs or so. Nice. That makes things a lot clearer. Are we officially getting the preferred walk on that Kirky mentioned a week or two ago? I can't remember the kid's name. Sam - I believe the name of Kirky's preferred walk on was Andrew Thompson, a 2012 graduate of Utica HS

I expect we'll be getting a transfer or two this spring/summer that will be available during season, also. As always, I think success begets success. If we can get back to the post season in 2014, that makes us that much more attractive to potential recruits. I'm sure Coach Ray and the rest of the guys are using the NCAA and NIT bids of the past two seasons as a selling point. Next year's team performance will be critical to keeping the momentum going.

I'm hoping that rumors of Jason's departure are premature and we don't have to delete him. :-)

i get a feeling the ziglers are Detroit bound I hope you are right, Kirky. Ernie would be a good addition to the coaching staff, and we'll have room for Trey either next year or the year after. It would be nice to have Trey in this coming season to take up some of the scoring slack from Jason and Ray.

As the deadline for the spring signing period draws close, this roster table is going to change. We'll likely get confirmation on the status of Jason and PJ, soon. (I'll say again, I hate to see PJ go, and I am really hoping that Jason decides to come back.)
We know of a few players who won't be added, like Martez Walker and Trey, but there is still good talent out there. My hope is that in the next week we'll be able to add a guard and front court player from the high school ranks for next season. Maybe Bonam or Ramell Robinson in the backcourt, and Seales up front. Also, hopefully we can make up some ground on next year's recruiting and plug in one or both of the two Penn State transfers and Jodan Price from DePaul for 2014-15.

Thanks. Any thoughts on how likely McKissic would be to get a second year? If we're able to include him for a final season on a front line with former Penn Stater Ackerman and DeBerry, along with the other returnees in 2014, that's a team that I think could do some real damage.
