Based on his pre-season Class A All-State teams, Bankhoops' Steve Bell considers Jermaine Jackson, Jr. the #1 Class of '17 player in the state, at least in Class A. bankhoops.com/. It's a long way to signing day, but the Titans still definitely appear to be in the running for Triple J.

Obviously having his Dad on staff helps, but I'll bet seeing Blackshear and McFolley have early success helps, too.

Big night for Titan offeree Jamal Cain, who got his first "Power 5" offer today (Washington State) and then scored 40 points and had 13 rebounds tonight.

Jermaine Jackson took an unofficial visit to Pittsburgh before Christmas. twitter.com/BankHoops. Don't like that!

Reminder as we head into spring evaluation period, the Titans' 2017 targets and interest (that we know of) are posted and regularly updated on the first page of this thread.
Also, Greg Egboigboden received an offer today from Northern Kentucky. Believed to be his 4th offer, with UD, Cleveland State, and St. Peter's.

According to Rivals, at some point Jermaine Jackson Jr. picked up an offer from Syracuse. That's' pretty impressive. I know some think Triple J is simply too short, but I figure if you're getting offers from the Big 10 (Northwestern), American (SMU), SEC (Auburn), and ACC (Ga. Tech, Syracuse) you can probably do the job in the Horizon. He'd be a nice catch.

Lot of offers going out to the class of '17 with the spring evaluation period. Greg Egboigboden has offers from DePaul and St. Bonaventure, and interest from several others. Lots of other updates too on first post in this thread.

Looks like JJ Jr would make a fine Titan. Looks like his form on his outside shot has improved, and he still goes to the hole well.

So, with JJ Sr. on the staff, are we relatively optimistic about JJ Jr. being the point guard in our 2017 class?

So, with JJ Sr. on the staff, are we relatively optimistic about JJ Jr. being the point guard in our 2017 class? From what I can hear and read, many people seem to assume it is a done deal. I'm a bit more skeptical.

Greg Egboigboden offered yesterday by Boston University. BU is kind of similar to UDM--private, relatively small, urban, high academic standards. I would love to see us land Greg and Jermaine Jackson next year.
Remember, 2017 recruiting list is on first page of this thread.
