At 1st glance (and it's really hard to say exactly because we don't even know the last player or two on the 2019-20 roster or if any of the previously "signed" players are walk ons), it appears we could have 9 scholarship returners (Dwayne Rose, Brad Calipari, Alonde LeGrand, Marquis Moore, Willie Isiani, Chris Brandon, Boe Nguidjol, Jamail Pink, Sam Hofman) after this season if all these players are on scholarship currently and decide to return. Add in Miller, who has stated he is redshirting this year and will play his final season in 2020-21, plus our new verbal (Legreair) and now we are at 11. If the "Mystery Big Man" is an incoming freshman this season (as is rumored), then we are at 12 scholarships that have been accounted for. Just saying that with the limited knowledge we have, it appears that we may not be signing a large number of recruits for 2020-21

Right now, for scholarship players, only Curry and Maxwell would be exhausting their eligibility at the end of this season.

This is a good breakdown and reminder where we will be at scholly/roster wise. Finally, we will start to see some stability with the roster and I hope its where Coach Davis can really get to work in rebuilding the program. Last year was such a scramble to fill the team out, I'm sure he has relief at the limited number of spots to fill for NEXT season.
Titans on the rise!

Great to get an early commit from Kyle Legreair. Unfortunately, these days we have to add, “assuming he sticks to it,” since so many don’t. But I hope Legreair will sign an LOI this fall. Local kid, up and comer, would be set up to follow Antoine at the point—sounds good. Welcome Kyle!

Love hearing this news. Love getting a commitment from a local kid who was obviously rising in the rankings. Good job by the staff to make that connection and get him to commit. I will look forward to him signing in November. Welcome to the Titan family.

We're we ever on his list? Not for nothing, but the idea of a Top 10 is absurd. These kids should just go thru the recruiting process......select a final 3 or so in Sr year and then committ. All of there offers to rising sophomores and juniors is a bunch of baloney!

Just like high school kids making elaborate posts about how they are transferring high schools...

Just like high school kids making elaborate posts about how they are transferring high schools... Thanks for the update, Scout. He was one of those kids we offered early on before his recruitment indicated he was high major bound. Social media has allowed these youngsters to turn themselves into minor celebrities. It's understandable, given their youth and the importance of social media in today's society, but I do find the announcements of cuts to anything more than five to be a little silly. I don't mind the players who announce their where they will be taking their visits, but adults allowing kids to make everything a big production is part of why players hit college with an inflated ego and then get a rude awakening when they hit campus and find out things are not as easy as they have been.
