Updating this on the most recent page.
Here's a full list for 2015. I don't vouch for accuracy beyond saying that all is taken off web sites that purport to cover this stuff (such as ESPN, Rivals, Verbal Commits), or sometimes from Titan fans close to the program. An * means someone claims the school has offered. But these offers often disappear for reasons and are rarely updated. Similarly, we may have stopped recruiting a player but they will still show up here. I'll drop players if they commit elsewhere or are reliably reported not to be under Titan recruitment.
9/24: I've moved Novian Cherry to class of '15 based on his repeated tweets in last 2 weeks.

I am surprised that Cherry decided to reclassify to 2015. I know he is probably hoping to get some high major offers, but it seems like he would rather have 3 years of D1 ball rather than two. Especially when he could be at LMU or Detroit.
Speaking of the class of 2015, I heard that Andia Marsh had a good visit to U of D and showed a great attitude and a keen interest in academics. The staff seemed pretty high on him.

Speaking of the class of 2015, UCF now has four verbal commitments for their 2015 class. They cleaned up in their home state. All of those kids are Florida kids. I thought it was too good to be true. Two of Florida's 2015 commits (both of their four stars) have de-committed. Just another example of how you can't count a class until the LOI's are signed, and sometimes not even then.
