RBJ, if I remember correctly, you have been an advocate of targeting the Southern regions for players. I thought of you when I saw this young man was from Georgia.

He has a twin brother Jarrell who also plays. Wonder if we offered him too?

Some info:
From Dec:
Gainesville Twins - Jarred and Jarrel Rosser, SF
Both Jarred and Jarrel Rosser are players that haven't scratched the surface of their potential for Gainesville. They both have a good blend of size, skill, and athleticism that has made them attractive to college coaches so far. The way the impact the game can't always be shown in the box score because at 6'6 their versatility enough to guard multiple positions whole causing mismatches offensively. Their best basketball is ahead of them and the host of Division 1 programs that are reciting them have taken notice.
From Nov:
Jarred Rosser Class 2018 , Gainesville High School: Long athletic wing that plays above the rim and is a fast break nightmare! Runs the open lane very well which leads to high flying dunks along with easy assist for other teammates. Very active hands in the passing lane to create deflections which turns into instant offense.

You are correct MCsam, I think we could do well in the southeastern states, especially Georgia, Alabama and the area of Florida near the Georgia and Alabama borders.

I don't want to be an alarmist, but I noticed that the original Rosser commitment tweet (from the 1st post) was deleted by him/is no unavailable in his twitter feed. In addition, he doesn't mention Detroit, UDM, etc under his twitter profile picture (I'm not sure if he ever did). Finally, remember he was one of the players not on the 1st press release from the University

No need to worry, He is on the roster. Thanks for the confirmation. Out of all the new recruits, I'm most looking forward to see how the "under the radar" freshman look. Boe, Jarred, Marquis, Willy - they are unknowns, but the development of these players will help determine the future of the program. If we get 2 "players" from this group (along with Davis), maybe not for this season, but for future years, we should be in good shape

No need to worry, He is on the roster. Hey, 03 - It sounds like you're either a student, on campus, or in the know with either players or staff. If I may ask, how close are we with the roster we have compiled? (I'm seriously getting tired of wasting/spending a decent amount of time each day searching the internet and twitter for additional players that may not even exist and it's starting to lead to some anger on my part against the athletic department for not posting a roster.)
