I'm assuming High school in Texas - however I've search 3 websites and he's not among the top 100 to 150 players in the Texas class of 2018. I can't even find a high school for him....yet

Hmmm. I can't find anything about him, either. Late bloomer? Sat out last season? Walk on? I guess we'll find out. Welcome to the Titans, Chris.

LinkChris Brandon is from Cy-Fair Prep, a private school in Texas also known as the Cypress Fairbanks Learning Center (CFLC). The link above leads to a photo of Brandon in a game, captioned: Angelina College’s Nylek Cobb slams down a dunk past Cy Fair Prep’s Chris Brandon (11) during Saturday’s scrimmage with Cy Fair Prep. He seems to be the ultimate under-the-radar player. I find virtually no information on him on the web.

The only game results (prior to this summer's AAU) are early last basketball season (November) - could he have been injured? Being a Prep school, it appears the played some JUCO teams

I will actually enjoy reading Brandon's porton of the School's future press release, so I can find out about his background. If I have time later this weekend, I'll see if I can find out anything else about him. He is not on Twitter, so that eliminates one source of info. There also appears to be multiple Cy Fairs in Houston (HS, Learning Center, and Prep). The 1st 2 have all their box scores on maxpreps, but Brandon plays on Prep, for which not much info is available. Not to downplay the young man's talent, but could he be a walk on?

Like you said, not trying to downplay his talent, but there seems to be a lack of information about him. Whatever the case, it is always good to when a young person chooses the University of Detroit.

I did some more research. Cy-Fair Learning Center uses Facebook. First Antoine Davis played at the Cy-Fair Learning Center in 2017-18. Cy-Fair Learning Center has a welcome post for him dated October 9, 2017. "Welcome University of Houston Commit 2018 6'1 G Antoine Davis to our HS Program." Second, four days before this post, I found the following: This puts things in a new perspective.

However, even with the Raleigh, NC info, at first glance I still can't find out any other background info on him....

I found a Christian Brandon who played at Mount Zion Christian Academy in Durham NC in 2014-15 as a 6'4" freshman. He would have been class of 2018. Here's a scouting report for the same player, but listing him in the class of 2019 future150.com/hs/basketball-profiles/christian-brandon-cf-durham-nc-2018I'm not even sure if I have the correct player at this point. I guess the University's press release will be enlightening.
