Milwaukee Suffice to say that CBS is not nearly as high on the Horizon as, say, CBB Review. I see the reality in between. Last year the Horizon had 3 teams in the top 175 in NET, and 5 in the Top 175 in RPI (6 teams were in the top five in of the two ranking systems), and the league I think is definitely up this year in talent. I see it as very unlikely that only 3 HL teams crack the top 200. CBB projects 4 Horizon teams in the top 100, which I think is doubtful, but doable, and 2 or 3 is likely.
