hsscout1 - if you are interested in the HL, it is not in depth. Just another superficial look at the league based upon which teams return the most players and what were their stats. It only profiles Wright State and doesn't state anything about the Raiders that has not been written about by the collective input of this Board. It projects the Raiders as a #15 seed. The Commissioner here previews each team and cites many of the metrics cited by them.
If you want to read detail about the power conferences, then it analyzes more teams in each conference.
Their pages are encrypted; so, people can't copy and paste them.

I think I'll stick with BlueRibbon Yearbook, the Horizon League preview from Three man weave, which I'm hoping is posted within the next week, and the Commissioner's previews (of course).

Continuing Matt Norlander and CBS HL rankings. 91. Wright State: Can the Raiders make up for being upset in their first league tournament game? Horizon League coaches trust Scott Nagy will replace lumberjack Loudon Love. It will be an intriguing mid-major to follow because the approach/scheme should be markedly different this year. 141. Cleveland State: Dennis Gates through two seasons: 30-29, an NCAA Tournament appearance and a gargantuan turnaround of a program that averaged 10 wins the prior four years. He was heavily rumored to leave for a bigger job, but that didn't materialize. Gates is fully invested in this Vikings program and CSU is trending up. 186. Northern Kentucky: Rolling the dice a bit here. Trevon Faulkner is the preeminent player in a quality three-guard NKU attack. Under Darrin Horn's leadership, it's easy to see how the Norse are a program of the future in the Horizon League. Perhaps a deep sleeper to steal the auto bid, if fully healthy.

Detroit Mercy has Antoine Davis back for at least one more season, and the team will likely go as far as he can take them. For the second year in a row, he should have some nice supporting pieces. Noah Waterman showed significant potential in his first full season of NCAA basketball, and could be poised to make a big jump in 2022. The Titans need to figure out how to replace All-League wing Bul Kuol, but transfer D.J. Harvey — a spot-starter at Vanderbilt last season — looks like he has the potential to do just that.

Historically, this has been one of the most accurate preseason polls, which makes sense--the voters know the league better than most. I'm not surprised CSU was picked first but am surprised by the margin. I'm also surprised that OU is as close to the Titans as they are in the tally. But otherwise, nothing too surprising.
