Michigan raids Ohio University as Jaaron Simmons commits to the Wolverines as a grad transfer. Simmons is a huge loss for the Bobcast. He played 36 minutes per game, scoring 15.9 points and dishing out 6.5 assists per game. Former Ohio G Jaaron Simmons is transferring to Michigan. Michigan's roster is spending another off season in flux. Mo Wagner and DJ Wilson have put their names into the draft (but not yet hired agents) and Andrew Dakich (Qunnipiac) and Mark Donnal (Clemson) left as grad transfers.

Well regarded high school player who averaged two points per game as a freshman at Houston. Transferred to Ohio U and averaged sixteen points per game as a sophomore and junior after sitting out a year. Decided to leave as a grad transfer and averaged 1.5 points per game for Michigan. I'd be interested in how he felt about it. On the plus side, he got to experience big time basketball and trip all the way to the NCAA finals. On the negative side, he basically contributed next to nothing to the success of the team? I wonder if he had any misgivings?
