We're seeing some surprising scores in the foreign trips of 2015. Illinois was blown out by a Dutch team. DePaul was crushed by a French team. Louisville was taken apart and lost by 34 to a Puerto Rican team. What I am noticing is that most of these schools aren't playing the local college team on these trips. DePaul, Illinois, and Louisville all played teams made up of grown men in their twenties and thirties with US college and pro league experience. The competition is much tougher than it has been historically on these trips.
