Any chance we can get Carver College into Calihan?

Oakland quickly finds a replacement for Green Bay for Friday night I would hope OU at Detroit will be made up. It seems all that is needed is a night that Calihan is free and both teams are around. It would seem several Mondays should fit that bill.

For fans attending Friday (or for any other games that survive): What the heck is going on down there? Looks like mass hysteria. I’m thinking about like the Commish, my Titan Basketball season is over. Time to start looking forward to Spring Training. It’s hard to plan to attend a game and now it’s starting to look like it isn’t worth the effort. I would like to plan on a couple of games but by the time we get there the building might be locked. Whoo, this certainly makes me want to attend!

Here's a guy who covers St Louis University (who had a game cancelled and is openly looking for a game Saturday in St Louis (although Sunday could also work)) - noting who also has cancellations this weekend and could also be available. I wonder if Miami Ohio would be a possibility for us (based on geography) if a Horizon League team can't be scheduled?

I’ll be the first to admit that society changes words too often and then ridiculously points fingers at those who use the wrong and “offensive” older term. But, it’s odd to see the university use the term “handicap” in official marketing posts. I almost always see “ADA” or “accessible seating” these days.

Milwaukee will be ADA'd tonight if Patrick Baldwin can't play.

I wonder if Miami Ohio would be a possibility for us (based on geography) if a Horizon League team can't be scheduled? I’m guessing they don’t want to pay for a D-1 opponent to come here on Sunday with the prospect of few fans. They probably don’t want to head out somewhere for a road game, perhaps risking Covid exposure. Probably hosting a local NAIA or D-3 school on Sunday would be the most likely fill-in, it might be a good opportunity to get some of the bench players some playing time and Antoine could break the scoring record at Calihan (that might even draw some fans). But looking more like no game on Sunday unless something is announced soon.

UM-MSU game today is canceled due to Covid. Why aren't we hearing anything like that last line from the Horizon? I understand travel and all, but I can't see why you wouldn't try to reschedule, at a minimum, the Oakland/Detroit game; or IUPUI @ NKU(just over 2 hours by bus); or PFW @ IUPUI (2 hours).

Poor Wyoming. After starting the season with such momentum, Covid has stopped them in their tracks. The latest: The Cowboys game against San Diego State scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed.
