What was the score when OU played them. Did Kampe rest his starters or use the game to test new and ever evolving strategies that he comes up with to confound opponents such as the Titans. He always has something up his sleeve.

Do the statistics in this game count for anything? School / NCAA point totals, etc? If so Im not joking that I think AD gets 36+ minutes. If it does not count or matter in any way... I'm also excited to see some of the bench get some actual game experience. I think redshirt seasons have went the way of the dodo at this point.. so I'd like to see what a lineup of LeGreair, Ottrix, Shaw, Phillips and Sylla can do against the mighty Wolverines. It’s not an exhibition game. If the Titans win it counts as a W for the season’s record, and all stats are part of participating players’ season and career statistics. I think Antoine will either not play at all, or play until he hits his season average in points. He still leads D-1 in ppg, averaging 24.0. The next guy up is averaging 22.9 ppg. That said, the right thing to do is probably give AD and anyone else with a nagging injury a breather for the game. If AD plays at all, expect him to go off for 60 on 20-30 from the field. We'll lock down this scoring title.

Actually, to qualify for the NCAA tournament a team MUST play 25 games. Without this game we are headed to a 26 game total, so it becomes a safety factor for us if 2 more games get cancelled. That’s why we are doing it. Actually 3 games need to be cancelled as our first conference tournament game also counts towards the 25. I just found that in a quote from the NCAA VP who is in charge of the Championship Tourney. We've lost 5 conference games out of 11 scheduled in the past 34 days. All of them were home games. All of them were winnable. The HL testing regime doesn't care if the player or coach is sick. It only cares if the person tested positive. If we lose no more games to Covid, we will play 17 of our 22 scheduled HL games with 6 home games and 11 road games. Thank you HL for not thinking ahead and putting travel partners on the road twice for consecutive weekends instead of staggering the travel. The risk of losing 3 more games out of at least 10 remaining is real. That would be half the rate of lost games that we have just experienced. In addition, at this point, we need to play in real games even if the opponent is inferior. Replacing IUPUI, the worst team in D-1, with UM-Dearborn is not that much of a step down in terms of the result. We need the reps against players other than our own.

So, let's see, UM-Dearborn is the opponent. The seats closest to the action are off-limits; you have to wear a mask, the concessions are closed, and you can't bring food or drink in (presumably to make sure you never lower your mask).
What is the over/under on attendance tonight?

I say 169 fans will show up, official attendance will be given as 1267.

Good luck, Titans. The Mole will not be watching tonight, as he has tickets to see the flagship university of the Catholic Church fight some devils at 7pm on espn.

The Wolverine starting lineup seems to shuffle quite a bit. These are the 10 players who seem to be getting the most PT (I've put * by the 5 who started against Oakland): G - #1 Elwood Tomlinson, 6-2 Jr. (Florida) G - #5 Maurice Anderson, 6-3 Soph. (Romulus, Arbor Prep) *G - #13 Ryan Len, 6-0 Soph (Plymouth Salem) *G - #0 Troy Campbell, 5-9 Soph (Woodhaven) *G - #2 Cameron Johnson, 5-11 Jr. (Ypsilanti Lincoln) (What can you tell us, Sam?)F - #25 Vyshonn Munson, 6-0 Jr. (Auburn Hills) F - #33 Jason Gigliotti, 6-8 Sr. (Hartland) F - #24 Reid Sellers, 6-10 Sr. (Milford) *F- #3 Keegan Mott, 6-4 Fr. (Grosse Isle) *F - #10 Jimmy Breaux, 6-7 Soph. (Wyandotte) I gonna go out on a limb and say we win this one. I actually remember seeing Cameron Johnson play. I remember him being a very good player on that level, and below the guys who went D1 and D2. This seems like the right level for him. I'm glad that he is getting to play in D1 arenas this season, and really glad to see him continuing his education. If I could be at the game tonight, I would wear some Lincoln gear to support him. Go Splitters! Go Titans!
