Detroit Mercy has been in contact with Oakland University regarding tickets for Titan fans interested in attending the Sunday, February 13, 1:00 p.m. game. They have made section E2 in the O’Rena available to accommodate a UDM group (limited to 50 or so) offered for $12/ticket. These are behind the players’ bench. If people are interested, they can contact the Oakland ticket office directly, specifying they want tickets in this section. goldengrizzlies.com/sports/2018/5/21/tickets-oakl-tickets15-html.aspx

I hate to give Oakland $48 for tickets but it might be my only chance to see the Titans this year.

I called Oakland this afternoon and ordered two tickets, very easy process. As indicated, $12 a ticket (presumably discounted as online it shows $20 as the ticket price); charged to my ViSA (they don’t take American Express). The box office person said my Row G seats will be right behind the Titans’ bench. The first two rows in that section are closed off due to Covid protocol. Received scannable tickets via text message; claimed tickets through Ticketmaster and downloaded to my Apple Wallet.
The message I received indicates the tickets are for the OU game against the “Detroit Titans.”
Box office telephone number is 248-370-4000.

I even got a free popcorn from John Hitchings who is now Associate AD for Business operations for Oakland now.
