Several US collegiate basketball teams were in or near Barcelona when today's terrorist attack took place there. All seem to have avoided injury at this time.

Green Bay is in Puerto Rico this week. They won their first game, defeating Universidad Central de Bayamon (Bayamon Central University) 91-88 on Tuesday. UCB is a private school with an undergraduate enrollment of about 1400, about two-thirds female. They won again on Wednesday against University of Turabo--can't find a final score. Alcorn State beat Turabo 101-74 earlier in the week. Turabo is a large, private university with about 13,000 undergrads.

As usual, several programs are taking foreign trips this summer. I think the last foreign trip the Titans took was under Coach Ray, so they should be able to take one any time now, per NCAA regs.
Some of today's results:
Ohio State won their first game in Spain 93-61. Michigan native Duane Washington, a freshman for the Buckeyes, scored nine points.
Cincinnati beat Ottawa by 28 in Canada.
Ole Miss beat McGill by 41 in Canada.
Georgia State moved to 1-1 on their trip to Spain, beating Mataro 106-95. Corey Allen scored 11 for the Panthers.

Cleveland State goes to Italy this year. Is that it for the HL this year?
Wright State goes to the Dominican Republic, but they won't play basketball--it's purely a service trip.

Carleton has been a rude host in Canada. After beating Cincy by 19 and Ole Miss by 18, they beat South Dakota State 113-51.
Munis Tutu, who had at least some interest from the Titans under Ray, scored 18 points for Carleton.
