Brian Elve is from East Grand Rapids. He spent a year at prep school in Virginia before coming to UD for 86-87 season. However, I cannot find any game statistics for him. He then transferred to Montana State where he averaged 9.1 ppg in 88-89 and 13.2ppg in 89-90. He later coached at Calvin College. He presently is Director of Guiding Light Recovery in Grand Rapids. Thanks for getting me on the right track, the jerseys were identical so I mistakenly thought they were fron the same year. I found both guys’ contact info on LinkedIn. Mark Moore owns his own company in the Detroit area, Simply Moore Automotive.

Can’t recall if an injury or other issue cut his final season short. I did see on LinkedIn that Moore completed his BA in Communications, class of 1984. Wow, as bad as the Titans were in 1983-84 (8-20), they still averaged 3,896 fans at Calihan Hall, about three times larger than recent attendance figures.
