Preseason computer rankings are worth very little--less, in my view, than the national magazines, let alone the more detailed breakdowns provided by sites like 3 Man Weave. But that said, Sagarin's opening ranks are up, and added to the table at the top of this post.
Computer rankings get steadily more valuable as the year goes on.

IUPUI 10 CSU Going online I noticed they referred to the school as “Detroit-Mercy,” that’s a change so I may need to update my branding survey stats. (ptctitan will be elated they chose to insert a hyphen to join the two words.)

Don't forget (or maybe we should forget) Horizon Boy, who refers to himself as a "well renowned expert and statistically proven handicapper of college hoops most electric mid major" and features a picture of AD as the header of his Twitter page. 😁

DETROIT MERCY Titans Record: 2-10
NET: 313
AVG. Height: 6’4.5” (219th NCAA) (5th Horizon League)
OVERVIEW:
What can we tell you about Detroit Mercy that Horizon League Twitter hasn’t already revealed?
Aside from UIC, this is most likely the most disappointing team of the 2019-20 season so far. With Antoine Davis returning and the addition of GR SR. Brad Calipari (Kentucky), this team was expected to be a scoring machine and make things very interesting at the very least.
Now, to be fair, this team has had a few things working against them in the early parts of the season. On the one-hand, they had the ridiculous post-season ban for this season, which has apparently been reversed. On the other hand, they played a BRUTAL non-conference schedule. Between those two things, perhaps that could provide this Titans team with the incentive and now experience needed to make some noise in the league.
One thing is for certain, I will never fully count out a team with Antoine Davis on it, however, Davis’ usage rating is a FULL 2.0% higher than anyone else in the country, and that has to change for the Titans to have a chance. It’s time for Mike Davis to make a decision: “Get my kid to the NBA” or “Get my team to the tournament.”
