Looks like Green Bay’s schedule is done, except determining their exact MTE opponents. See 1st page in this thread.

A few more games added, and shown on first post in this thread.
Green Bay has, I think, one more game to schedule, which will probably be a non-D1 school they'll either host Nov. 10 (before heading off to Georgetown) or in late November, when they've got a pretty big gap. Several other schools have 7 or 8 (of 11) non-conference games in place (with some uncertainty as to the exact opponents in MTEs).
So far, the best games on the HL Schedule, IM subjective HO (with emphasis on in-state and local rivalries, quality of opponents, and home games:
1. Cincinnati @ Northern Kentucky, Nov. 16 2. Oklahoma State @ Oakland, Nov. 13 3. Green Bay @ Wisconsin, Nov. 15 4. Oakland @ Michigan State, TBA 5. Eastern Michigan @ Oakland, Nov. 19 6. Kent State @ Cleveland State, Dec. 10 7. Miami @ Wright State, Dec. 22 8. Marshall @ Robert Morris, Dec. 10 9. Wright State @ Louisville, TBD 10. Green Bay @ Loyola, Dec. 5

The Green Bay @ Georgetown game is the campus game of the Jamaica Classic. The Loyola Chicago game is on 12/6 and the Southern Indiana game is off for this year. Also the St Thomas Website has the game @ St Thomas on 12/13
11/7 @ Indiana St 11/12 @ Georgetown (on campus Jamaica Classic) 11/15 @ Wisconsin 11/18 vs Queens (in Jamaica) 11/20 vs Morgan St/Utah Valley (in Jamaica) 12/6 @ Loyola-Chicago 12/10 UMKC 12/13 @ St. Thomas

A few weeks ago I heard there were some talks with UConn. Don’t know if that will come to fruition, but with so little known about the 2022-23 schedule I thought I would at least mention that as a possibility. I assume it would be a buy game. UConn's schedule just came out. We're not playing UConn...

Should we expect home games from last years tourney from Hofstra and Northeastern? The Titans hosted Northeastern in December 2019. I believe last year’s matchup in Boston was the return game. Perhaps Hofstra owes us a game. I know UDM owes SIUE a return game, but I heard that won’t take place until the 2023-24 season.

Cleveland State this past week became the first HL team to announce it's 2022 fall non-conference schedule.
The home schedule can't thrill CSU fans: non-D1 Notre Dame (of Ohio) and Mt. St. Joseph's (maybe they were hoping fans glancing quickly at the schedule would think they were playing the Fighting Irish and the Hawks of Philadelphia), plus their MTE featuring Arkansas Pine Bluff and the worst program in D-1, Chicago State. The good home game is Kent State, which is as close to a rival as CSU has in non-conference play. But I shouldn't criticize--I've been saying for a couple years now that the Titans need to schedule some wins.
The road schedule isn't bad at all though--a buy game at Cincinnati, plus Ohio U. Canisius, St. Bonaventure, and Western Michigan. All are driving distance for fans, all have been around D-1 for a long time and are rarely an embarrassment on the court, and indeed the Bonnies and Bobcats have been quite good of late. They've also got Loyola Marymount (hey, what young men don't want a trip to Southern California). I'm guessing St. Bonaventure is also a buy game, though if not, that's a real good home game for them in the future. Ohio, WMU, and Canisius are presumably the front end of H&H series.
I really don't know what CSU has this year after departing Coach Gates picked the roster clean, but I think the Vikes can (not necessarily will) finish above .500 against that schedule.

A post on the Ohio University fan message board indicated that the Bobcats would be playing a road game in Detroit this upcoming season. I don’t believe the MAC school has released its official schedule yet.

A couple tweets I saw on Twitter seemed to suggest the Horizon League conference schedule could be released soon, perhaps as early as next week. In the past that usually hasn’t happened until after Labor Day.
