From the Detroit News: “Detroit City FC plans to form advisory panel to maintain lines of communication with fans” www.detroitnews.com/story/sports/soccer/2022/05/31/detroit-city-fc-advisory-panel-fans/7453152001/I think a similar approach for Titan Athletics would make sense. The DFC is setting this up with the ultimate goal of “gathering input … from as many folks, as many diverse point of views about this club as possible.” “We want to build this out with you,” DFC’s co-owner Alex Wright said in a recent meeting. “This would be a framework for establishing our core values, it’s something that would help us make decisions going forward. It would help, also, explain why decisions are made and hopefully make supporting us, and or explaining us, a lot easier to understand, because there would be even deeper investment in that.” Full article is behind a paywall.

DFC really is the definition of a grass roots organization. I saw the owner talk in a small format over the winter, and was neat to hear all about how he's fostered community and just has grown things fan by fan over the years.
A few years ago they also did a fund raise where supporters could buy a small share of the company (i think in increments of $1,000). I know folks who did that who then felt further invested in the team.
We need a re-grassrooting of Titan hoops/sports. Named in various threads is ways that its lost its way towards success via board/president/ad/administrator decisions.
