Oakland 85, IUPUI 81. Close throughout, but OU pulled away late. On some bad Horizon League calls. Moore baited the refs three or four times in the last 5 min. and got every call by initiating contact.

Glad they won, glad they had to play all of their starters 30+ minutes, and glad they had to play under stress down the stretch. Now, for once, let's see if we can take advantage of that. OU has proven it doesn't matter who has homecourt in this rivalry.

Redundancy is not favored.

Showdown in the Horizon tonight, but it wasn’t close. Youngstown St. 87, Milwaukee 58. YSU clearly the best team in the league after many years of being an anchor.
RMU beats Green Bay, push Titans back to 8th place tie with PFW (UDM owns the tiebreaker).
Congratulations to the Titan WBB team on an upset win against IUPUI, 57-48!

Adrian Nelson has only played at two schools…Northern Kentucky and Youngstown State. He was verbally committed (LOI maybe) to Detroit before Bacardi was released.

I think it’s pretty sad where the outcome of the game depends on the referees tonite and not the teams. If they allow grabbing and obstructing Oakland probably wins. If they allow Moore to drive and jump into players Oakland probably wins and Liddell fouls out. If they call Moore for forcing the contact we win easily and Liddell has a huge game as Oakland does not have anyone who can defend him if he plays smart. Can we make the first and second passes quickly? Can Parks dominate the boards? I think we have more talent but how will the game be called? It’s a tough job for Coach Davis and the players. Knowing which opponent will show but having absolutely no idea how the game will be called. Go Titans

Thank you for the correction. At one time we had the top 2 rebounders in the League signed to letters of intent. Does anyone wonder how they both ended up at NKU and tampering was probably never addressed. Ah maybe just coincidence, and maybe not!!!!
