There will be a new addition to the Pope’s Poll — Stonehill College. Founded as a Catholic institution in 1948 by the Congregation of Holy Cross, the Massachusetts school recently began the transition process to NCAA Division I and accepted an invitation to join the Northeast Conference. www.stonehill.edu/news/details/stonehill-announces-transition-to-ncaa-division-i/The Skyhawks will be “Lining Up In Limbo” in the Pope’s Poll until they complete the reclassification process in 2026.

One would think St John's would be higher ranked than Creighton, and Providence would be higher than Dayton and Villanova.

One would think St John's would be higher ranked than Creighton, and Providence would be higher than Dayton and Villanova. You are arguing with the Pope?
