Both teams shot 46% and Titans out rebounded WSU 43-30. Detroit had 3 players with double- double. So how did they lose. WSU had 15 triples…Titans only 4.

Official attendance tonight was 224. A friend of mine hand counted 118 fans, he did not include the pep band, players, coaches, ushers, those seated in press row, and security. Maybe if you add in all those folks, 224 was a pretty accurate number.

Don’t forget those working in concession All kidding aside, this team has been more competitive this season and is capable of winning a few more games. Remember, they were 1-29 last season.

Wright State was 11 of 12 on 3 point shots in the second half before missing two in the last minute. It seemed like it was even worse. I do not remember the one miss. They also made a nice adjustment at the half and reduced our rebounding edge in the second half.

Women's basketball is a fine sport, but it's a tough sell in a lot more places than UDM. How the heck can a 1-15 team go 11-for-14 on 3-pointers in a half? That stat might be the outlier of outliers.
