Fuller has been in school four years. Is it possible that he is a grad transfer not requiring a wavier?

It would be great if PJ has completed his undergraduate degree and is able to pursue graduate studies at UDM. He would benefit from an advanced degree and the athletic department would avoid having to obtain a waiver.

Couldn’t he still get a 5th Covid year? Yes. He is eligible for a 5th year. But he needs a waiver because he used his one-time exemption to transfer from TCU to Washington 2 years ago. I understand that UW will not be an impediment here like Niagara was for Waterman 3 years ago.

Looks like a step up from TJ. If we can keep Stone we should have a strong backcourt.

There has been reliable reporting from 1983 and from rogobob, JDetroit, that Stone is in the history books as far as the Titans are concerned. I wish it were not so. In just a half a season, he displayed exciting ability on a number of occasions in '22 - '23.

In just a half a season, he displayed exciting ability on a number of occasions in '22 - '23. Those first three games of the season and the last three games that Stone played were all excellent games that showed his potential. His 49/52/86 shooting percentages were great in any era, but in particular in today's game. Losing him was a HUGE blow to the season. I can't remember off the top of my head when the team was hurt that bad by an in-season academic ineligibility. His academic issues and the problems confirming Gerald's eligibility were blows from which we never recovered.

Safe to say, having Fuller and Stone in the backcourt would have made for an excellent tandem. Assuming Manciel is fully recovered from injury and Tankersly continues to develop; we should be in good shape at the SG position.

This Fuller kid has some promise. Tons of experience, with some good games on his resume. He's started 50 games at high major programs. I think potentially he can be an improvement over guys like Oliver and Moss. Hopefully, he is a grad transfer and the NCAA is allowing immediate eligibility for grad transfers, as has been reported. The sooner we can get him on the court and practicing, the better.

Fuller never joined the Titans, but apparently he still has some eligibility. He signed with Cal State Northridge for the upcoming season.

Good chance he's entering as a grad transfer. His 6th and final year to play 5. He would have made a difference here if he had enough credits. But 5th year seniors are very difficult to meet progress to a degree requirements at UDM, UM and other colleges.
