Yesterday was a sad day for Titan sports. The University competed in 6 games…MBb, WBB, MLAX, WLAX and 2 games in softball. We lost all of them. The lacrosse and softball teams are winless. One of the softball losses was to Army, which has a 2-16 record.
Only 5he WBB has been successful.

Nothing is wrong. In fact, it’s good news. It was mentioned on the TV broadcast that Irene Murua has decided to return to school next year as her 5th season (4th with Detroit).

In the words of our great alum, Tom Ryan, who was co-host with Dick Purtan, morning drive host on CKLW, WOMC and other stations, and the greatest PA announcer in the history of college basketball, as well as the Tobin S of our basketball team about 60 years ago, Wrong-O. What's wrong in this photo? Maybe bigchuck or rogobob77 will get the right answer. I am not sure ptc. Corcoran in not in the picture, but she has been gone since Christmas break. Great news about Murua coming back. I do expect another departure or two. Who knows how much elgibility anyone has left with the COVID extensions still in play. Having Murua and Trawally Porta gives us experience under the basket and our guards will take a big step forward next year. We are not done this year and the future is bright. |

What's wrong in that photo has nothing to do with the players who are in the photo or not in the photo.
