Skipped right over JJJ and Chatman. Jokes aside, I am excited about adding Lance to the program.

Very glad to get Lance committed, and early. Good student, good ball player. Good for the program.
Welcome aboard Lance.

BVM Sports had an article ranking the top ten players in the state of Michigan, Lance came in at the number five spot:
5. Lance Stone, PG, Detroit Renaissance
Stone is a three-star recruit according to ESPN and stands at 5-foot-9, 150 pounds. He averaged 25.1 points, 11.5 assists, and 4.6 rebounds last season as the Phoenix posted a 17-7 record and reached the PSL championship game. Stone committed to play collegiately for the Detroit Mercy Titans over offers from Vanderbilt, Toledo and Eastern Michigan
