Good for him. One thing I like about the explosion of money at high major programs is that it has allowed a lot of guys with a passion for coaching to continue to work in the industry. There are a lot of jobs out there. Will's title is associate director of Basketball Operations. I'm sure that's a relatively new position.
Kelvin Sampson's staff includes the following:
Three assistant coaches (including an associate head coach)
One Special Assistant to the Head Coach/assistant coach
One Director of Player Development/assistant coach
Their "Support Staff" includes:
Director of Operations and Basketball Strategy
Director of Basketball Operations (Sounds suspiciously like the previous title)
Video Coordinator
Director of Program Strategy and Player Relations
Director of Men's Basketball Sports Performance
Associate Director of Operations
Assistant Men's and Women's Basketball Strength Coach
Internal Operations
And THIRTEEN Student Managers
Nice work if you can get it. And it illustrates the growing gap between the haves and have nots in college basketball. The Titans have three assistant coaches, a Director of Operations, and Director of Development, a Video Coordinator, an assistant Director of Operations, and a grad assistant.

His predecessor in the position took a job with the Spurs.
