Yes, it's time for the 10th Annual Commissioner's Cup--your chance to show your expert knowledge of college and Titan hoops, your prodigious prognosticatory talent, your hopelessly rose-colored glasses. And to the winner goes the eternal fame of having your name added to the list of winners of the Commissioner's Cup, a styrofoam cup kept in the lower left desk drawer of the Commissioner's office. In indelible magic marker, no less. Can the Mole be dislodged after two years?
