Not to start a separate thread for Conference schedules, but:

Non-Conference schedules--in the first post in this thread--are almost complete. Waiting on 3 games from CSU, 2 from IUPUI, one game plus one date from NKU, and some games and dates from UIC.

Cleveland State's schedule is out, leaving just a couple games from IUPUI, UIC, and Northern Kentucky on the table.
CSU hosts Notre Dame! But it's Notre Dame College of Ohio.

It just keeps getting harder and harder for mid-majors to schedule good opponents at home. It's not that long ago the Horizon league cumulative non-conference schedules included visits by Wisconsin, Wichita State, Virginia, St. John's, and others. Now we're lucky to get run-of-the-mill MVC teams to come around. With that pessimistic intro, here are the dozen best home non-conference games in the Horizon this fall. In deciding "best," it's a subjective view of the quality, reputation, and local rivalry factor of the visiting team.
Here we go:
1. Loyola @ UIC, Dec. 1. In-city rival and surprise Final 4 team. 2. Illinois State @ UIC, Dec. 5. An in-state rival that is usually pretty good. 3. Kent State @ Cleveland State, Nov. 10. Local rival and one of the better MAC programs. 4. Toledo @ Wright State, Nov. 14. In-state rival, was a top 75 RPI last year and could be again (if RPI were still in use ;-). 5. Belmont @ Green Bay, Dec. 1. Sadly, Belmont still isn't much of a draw, but they are a consistent NCAA team. 6. Bradley @ IUPUI, Nov. 28. Bradley won 20 games last year. 7. Drake @ Milwaukee, Dec. 6. Drake finished 4th in the MVC last year. Gotta Love the Drake. Brad(ley) Drake wouldn't be a bad name for a movie star. 8. UMBC @ Northern Kentucky, Nov. 30. Never would have thought UMBC would make this list, but they were the darlings of last year's NCAA, at least after Loyola. 9. Western Michigan @ Oakland, Nov. 13. In-state rival, usually competitive. 10. Indiana State @ Green Bay, Nov. 9. Another MVC team. 11. Miami @ Wright State, Dec. 5. Miami has struggled for several years, but it's a short trip away from Dayton and they compete for the same recruits. 12. Ball State @ IUPUI, Dec. 1. It's a short trip for Muncie fans to come to the big city, and Ball State won 19 last year.

And here's a quick, subjective list of the dozen best road/neutral site games in non-conference play. Here I'm looking for games of interest to the Horizon team's fans, with some bonus points if they're not too far away, or in a real cool locale, or are winnable against a name team.
1. Northern Kentucky @ Cincinnati, TBD. I think this game is on, though neither school has announced it. NKU is an HL favorite, with a crack at local big boy Cincy. 2. Wright State v. Penn State, Nov. 20, Cancun 3. Wright State v. SMU or Bradley, Nov. 21, Cancun. Wright State has a pair of winnable games against decent P6 and either AAC or MVC competition, on a neutral floor in sunny Cancun. 4. UIC @ DePaul, Dec. 14. Local rival. And DePaul is still in the Big East. 5. Youngstown @ Pitt, Nov. 6. Great guarantee game--a short trip, P6 opponent, winnable. 6. Detroit @ Butler, Nov. 12 7. Detroit @ Xavier, Dec. 21. Titans take on a pair of old rivals from better days. 8. UIC @ Notre Dame, Nov. 6. Short trip, big name. 9. Oakland @ Michigan State, Dec. 21. OU likely gets creamed by Big Brother Big 10 school, but it's nice they get to play. 10. Cleveland State @ Ohio State, Nov. 23. CSU gets a similar opportunity against Ohio State. 11. Youngstown @ Ohio State, Dec. 18. So does YSU. 12. Cleveland State @ Toledo, Dec. 1. Good in-state rival.

Pending the finalization of UIC's schedule, the Horizon and MAC have 26 non-conference meetings. 17 of those will be home games. The Titans are honorary MAC members this year, with 7 games against MAC squads.
Honorary HL members, with 4 games against HL teams, include Toledo, Western Michigan, Northern Illinois, and the OVC's Morehead State.
Xavier is a P6 squad with 3 games scheduled against HL teams.

UIC has released its schedule (see the first post in this thread). The three games we hadn't already known about included a couple of non-D1 home games and a game at Colorado.
That completes the HL schedules except for the date of the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati game.
