I have a feeling that we will be recruiting and signing players through the month of August. That is the life of a low major.

It wouldn't surprise me to see the class not completed until late summer, but I think we'll see most of it in the next month or so. \ I think we are going to see a lot programs make late signing decisions, particularly among high majors who have players testing the NBA waters, and that kind of thing rolls downhill.

I also posted this in the 2017 recruiting thread, since he was part of that class. I really want this one, but going from the A10 to Horizon wouldn't be a step up

Williams would have been an excellent snag out of high school. He's been a beast at Duquesne and I'd suspect he will have many Big Ten level choices to pick from. I hope he ends up with the Buckeyes as I don't think we'll be in the running.
This would be an incredible get for our program. A guard with size who rebounds like a PF. He'll be productive anywhere he goes.

As posted in the 2018 recruiting thread, since he was a member of that class and we offered him: PG Brandon Wade, from Ann Arbor Skyline, is also transferring from Duquense. Modest stats and playing time from his freshman season www.sports-reference.com/cbb/players/brandon-wade-1.html

As I wrote in the other thread, Duquesne is turning around under a really good coach. They already play in one of the best mid-major leagues, they won a bunch this year. If they can't hold a player like Williams, what mid major can?

Your right Commish, short of a family issue requiring him to be closer to home, or a desire to play with AD and dominate the Horizon, I don't have a reason

Here you have a guy who was under recruited, but blossomed under a really good coach and a really good league, but the program still can't keep him. How are mid majors going to survive in this environment?
