Two guys scored 69 out of 82 points! That’s 84%! I wonder if there was ever a higher percentage in NCAA history? I don’t think that’s the way you plan it, but after too many years of losing, I don’t really care! Was actually 59 of the 82... but your point is well taken. They scored a huge amount of the points. Good win for the Titans. They showed they've got the better squad... so now to win tomorrow.

On the post game radio show, Hasty said that this was the first Titans four game winning streak since 2013, which is incorrect. As stated earlier in this thread, the last four game winning streak was in 2015, with wins over Northeastern (who was coming off wins over Harvard and #15 Miami), Toledo, Bowling Green, and UCF. I think I was at all four of those games. Kirky got a shout out from Hasty during the post game. Matt Johnson's late three with a minute left was named play of the game. Titans go for 5 in a row tomorrow. The Titans last won 5 in a row in a streak ending January 10, 2013.

Hope to see our defense tighten up today. PFW can’t do much besides shoot the three. If we can play better defense and shoot the ball well again, should be an easy win. Go Titans!

Though they badly out scored us in the paint as well.

Our hot three point shooting covered up some shortcomings in the game last night. Hopefully we correct those things, because we can't count on hitting that high a percentage every night.

We are up 35-29 at half. Fairly similar to last night where neither team wants to set foot in the paint on offense. AD continues to stroke it and leading the team. We seem on track to hopefully just be workmanlike and power thru and win by 5-10 or so.
As someone mentioned, Fort Wayne does seem really well coached esp on offense, although they are lacking overall talent.

Marquell Fraser is tough as nails. He plays to win. He's the kind of guy we have not had here for awhile.

Now up 14 at under 16 timeout. We really closed the first well and opened the second strong, which is proving the difference in the game.
Chris Brandon really have a nice game. Timely rebounds, makes and just now a great dish to Johnson for a 3. Good to have him settling in and contributing. He’s the only guy on this team that does what he does.

Titans playing extremely well right now. Hustling, shooting, defending, the whole package.

Bul has been quiet and Antoine has just been "one of the guys" and that's fine with me. Becoming a team means everyone doing what they can do best to contribute to the total package.

Kirky getting another glowing shoutout from Dan Hasty during a timeout. :-)

Titans playing extremely well right now. Hustling, shooting, defending, the whole package. I was just about to type that. Although I'd like to see us versus better competition, the team has really played well lately. We have a lot of nice pieces that seem to have finally figured out how to play together with effort and for each other. They seem to actually enjoy playing together and are willing to draw a charge, make the extra pass and dive on the floor, instead of pouting over playing time and who's taking the shots. I'm typically a pessimist, but they're finally winning me over. Hope to see the freshman get some play today
