Oakland becomes the first HL school to release its full non-conference slate. They've got 2 Non-DI games (Rochester and Kalamazoo, both after January 1), plus RPI killer Chicago State at home.
On the whole, though, it's not a bad schedule, especially for a pretty good team that wants to be in contention for an at-large bid or 11-12 seed. They've got 8 home, 6 road, and 1 neutral site game (Michigan State). Besides MSU in the double header (UM/Detroit) in the new Caesar's Arena, their marquee win opportunities are road games at Syracuse and Kansas. The other home games include Eastern Michigan, Texas Southern (which has almost everyone back from a 23 win team), and New Orleans, Fort Wayne, and Towson, each of which won 20 games last year. Each of those last three lost some key parts but should still be decent to pretty good, so if OU can defend the home court they should be decent RPI games. Eastern Michigan was a big disappointment last year and lost 3 starters, but with James Thompson back they shouldn't be terrible, either. The Grizzlies play Western and Eastern Michigan on the road, plus Oral Roberts and Toledo. Those are all solid opponents.
There are quite a few tough mid-major games they could lose, but they'll probably be favored in all of them. So if they play well, a good RPI is very possible. Syracuse is a good chance for the big win. I think somewhere between 9-6 and 11-4 is realistic, but a big non-con record (say 13-2) is not at all inconceivable. In a worst case they should put up a winning non-con record, including the two non-DI teams.

Schedule info keeps slowly trickling in. NKU will play at Mississippi on Nov. 13. Most interesting: Grinnell's schedule list a game with Wright State at Grinnell. I find that hard to believe.
I've also added IUPUI to the top post in this thread, although right now we have very little on them--just a game at Purdue.

I wonder if these games will now be dropped since only 13 non league games are needed for a full schedule since there will be 18 conference games.

Note they are both scheduled after the new year. OU probably had a contingency in the contract, and even if not, could probably buy them out for the guarantee, which was likely no more than $7500 K per game.

Youngstown's full non-conference schedule is out.
They've got just 3 home games, two of them against non-DI teams. The highlight at home is Robert Morris.
They're picking up a total of $355,000 for guarantee games at Utah State, Indiana, Butler, and DePaul, plus $55K for a 3 game tournament in Sioux Falls, and $10K to play at Idaho State (hooked on to their Utah State trip). They play Kent State at Akron as part of the Coaches V. Cancer opening double header, and a road game at Canisius.
I'd look for the Penguins to finish about .500 against this schedule, probably 6-7 or so, but they could very well open 5-0. That might generate a bit of interest in Jerry Calhoun's new squad, and then they'll collect a bunch of money that hopefully will be ploughed back into the men's hoops program.
