I felt sorry for Harvey who was out there battling 3 guys taller than him for rebounds. Harvey played well again just had no help. AD spent more time taunting the OU fans than he did playing good basketball and it showed. He is really easy to take out of his game.

As far as I am concerned OU is a chickens*** team coached by a chicken s*** coward that needed 15 more chickens*** calls by a crew of chickensh** officials to win this game on their chickens*** home court. A game that could have been a good rivalry game (we still may not have won it) ruined by the chickens*** officials and their 27-9 FT discrepancy. Kampe will always be a blowhard coward to me. Much respect to Coaches Nagy and Horn for fitting both of their rivalry games into an equally stressful schedule. In the near future, I may post how I really feel about things.

Personally, I must have missed what you saw. The refs didn't steal that one from us. I think we win that game with a better inside game and Akec was probably enough to make up the difference. On our home court, I'd definitely bet on us this year... for whatever that's worth.

I was busy working this afternoon. I stayed off social media and this message board and avoided any person or place that would spoil the score of the game. Finally at 5:30 I streamed the game. I'd say it was incredibly disappointing, but it's just the same old, same old from us. Our program can't seem to do anything right, on or off the court. On the the court, major changes need to be made - that's all I'll say - what we've been doing that past few years has been a failure and isn't working. Off the court, I can't imagine, in 2022, Calihan Hall being mostly full with an engaged student section, and great atmosphere like I saw today. Good luck the rest of the season Titans, but realistically we'll get a middle of the pack, to slightly above finish, with a single win in the Conference tournament - at this point of the season, it's who we are, it's all were capable of...

Kampe's on social media thanking the fans for helping them beat Detroit for "the 16th time in 19 games" since OU joined the conference. That stings.
Don't worry, we'll get them when they come to Calihan. Oh, that's right...we decided it wasn't important to try to force that game.

It looked like he may have had a concussion.

It’s disappointing that so many of you have to look for excuses pertaining to this loss. Oakland is simply a better team and it showed. I think it’s time for a new coach. Someone young and hungry that can emulate what Kampe has done and to achieve success with low to mid-range talent.

He's been in the HL for eight years, no NCAA tournament, and five losing seasons. That's what you think is a good goal? We had a coach doing better than that and we fired him. If you want to move on from Davis that's one thing, but I would prefer to have higher goals than making the NIT once in an eight year period. Seriously, I think Kampe is a good coach, but it seems like some of you folks buy into the hype he and TP put out.

I can’t remember if you were one of the ones wanting a coaching change when we had Ray. It’s frustrating to me that some on here can not see the real problem. Getting rid of Ray for that younger guy, how’s that worked out for us? We couldn’t keep Keri but we replaced her with a bad decision maker. Every sport has suffered from his decisions and touch. When a Coaching change is necessary he procrastinates not because he wants to make the right decision but because he no longer trusts his decisions. We need to fix the real problem first! I think Mike Davis is a good man and a good coach. I think Waterman doesn’t go down in the first game with a concussion and this is a different season including the Akec injury.
