We dont need any of those players back next season. I want the stinch of 2023-2024 to be eradicated immediately. Now that sounds a little harsh.  I know we'd all like to put this season in the rear view, but I would like to see a return of some of the guys mentioned by UDBaller, NCT, Alex, and PTC. There are some contributors in that group, and hopefully they'll be teamed up with some capable newcomers. At the very least they're already admitted to the University, so that is one hurdle cleared. You definitely want to keep Hurst and Tank. Probably Oakes, who has a long way to go but he's big and shows some potential. After those three I don't much care, althought I think Tchikou, Kuac, maybe Manciel could contribute. And obviously Stone, whom I think we all presume has played his last in Calihan. |

Unless that temporary injunction is lifted, no player is stuck anywhere unless they would fail to meet other regulations like progress towards a degree. |

Eman would still be the only one to have graduated out of that group if that’s what you’re saying. Plus I would imagine it hard for Mak to find a suitor since he’s a senior with not great splits and 5 PPG (Even though I think he really did improve offensively as he got back into game speed). Shots got off faster ETC, some big makes early in games at times too. Seemed to get taken out the most because of something on that would happen on the defense side which would make his coming back dependent on the style of the coach. |

It appears that all assistants and staff are staying on until the new head coach is hired. Not what I heard, but who knows. The assistants and staff are still listed on the website. That indicates that they are still employed. That does not mean they are being retained after the new head coach takes over. They are caretakers. And, what you heard may have been the understanding of your source at the time the two of you communicated with each other. |

Someone has to be in charge of the players until a new HC is selected. Then new HC can decide if any are to be retained. Obviously, MD Jr will leave and probably Jerica. She can use this experience.

If Vowels track record holds true look for the new guy to get stuck with Jr. or maybe all of Davis staff. Ala JJ. That way he can undermine the committees selection! That might be the side deal he made with MD or maybe as with the brand change stuff job we end up with Jr. as Coach😳☹️ |
