I've maintained a projected roster table for several years. Here I've updated it, putting it in a format that's easier for me to maintain and update. Academic classes are color-coded. The thread for prior years is here: udtitanbasketball.freeforums.net/post/922/thread. I look forward to seeing this table when the 6-foot-11 and 7-foot-1 recruits are added.
And are the other walk-on (besides AD) coming back? Riley and Parrilla and Gorman?

I wish we could get some solid news from the Athletic Department on who is joining the team. The women's team just announced a pair of signings, including a woman 6-foot-5.

When do classes start? I assume that we should learn who's signed when classes begin.

It was one year ago today that the announcement of several new players was officially announced on the DetrotTitans.com website. We can only assume that the coaching staff missed on ALL of their targets, all the way down to the plan "D" recruits. To be honest, I'm very concerned, I really thought this staff had all of the components covered to recruit well. As you've stated many times, coach McCallum made recruiting to UofD look easier than it actually is.

And they even replied to your email. I understand that the coaches don't like to announce their new players until after they get their non-conference schedule set. As of last week, I understood that they still needed to fill one open game slot. Last season, because of the earlier work done by the prior staff, they were able to announce their non-conference schedule in early August. As a fan, I wish they had a different view about when to announce their recruits.

We have no choice but to be concerned with recruiting + our coaching staff is now taking recruiting directives from RBJ Hmmm....

Move in day for the dorms was today, freshman orientation begins on Wednesday, classes start next Monday. Is the Athletics Department being cautious and waiting for new players to be on-campus and enrolled before announcing? Good question. Could be. I think they also might want to announce the entire class at once, and might be waiting of acceptance/eligibility/enrollment questions. Personally, I'd announce the ones we were sure about, just to get the buzz going, and then make announcements on the others as all questions are answered.

Anyone starting to feel concerned about no roster yet? School has been in session for almost a week, so the players should be on campus, taking classes and working out, right? The schedule, according to insiders, is completed (and I thought the staff wanted to complete it prior to releasing the roster). And I know - we know the majority of the players, so who cares. But the remaining 3? unknown players could mean the difference between an average or a championship (on paper anyways) season. As fans, we've been extremely patient, but it's going to be September...

Yes, but if it's any consolation, as we saw earlier this week, we are not alone: Long Island hasn't released a full roster. In our conference, IUPUI hasn't either. Nothing we here can do but wait.

I would note that last year, Coach Davis announced the identities of the final 3 scholarship roster spots on September 26th. They were Brandon, Hamrick, and King plus 3 walk-ons. Yet, all those players had been on campus since the beginning of the school year.
There is a roundball lunch set for September 11th. We'll see what is disclosed at or before that event. Typically, the HL releases its conference schedule shortly after Labor Day.

Nationally for mid majors, it's a mixed bag as far as roster publication. High Point's roster is set, published, and they have posted video features on each of the new players. On the other hand, a person connected to the program told me not long ago that they were still considering adding another player for the class of 2019. EMU's published roster on their official website shows only six players. Also, there are situations that arise like two I read about today. An Oregon transfer who had verbally committed to UC-Santa Barbara earlier this summer, announced that he was going to attend City College of San Francisco instead. Also, a George Washington player announced that he would be a grad transfer who is eligible in December. (Huh?) Seems like rosters all over are in more flux than in days past, for a variety of reasons.
