Barnhizer to Trinity Christian I always had the feeling we offered Braxton in hopes of getting younger brother Brooks ('21), a more highly rated prospect who committed to Northwestern a short while back over Butler and others. At this point, I think we can presume all our offers to Class of '20 grads are off the table.

Man, I hope we play this year. I'm fired up for the first time in a while. I can see big time improvement. We've got the league's top scorer coming back, an All-Defense Team selection in Brandon, some experienced help at guard and some inside scoring threats. Who looks unbeatable in the league?
We've still got one scholarship to give. What's your pleasure? Big man? Or point guard? Or best available? I expect some announcement real soon. Players are already working out and rarin' to go, and anybody who wants to play has to get enrolled--last day to add classes for fall is August 31. My money is on a big man to back up Thompson.

I’m still pulling for Udemadu he is 6’10” and 4 years. Can learn under Thompson and is #7 overall in state of Texas.

Wonder why he's still on the table. I mean, classes are starting. There can't be a lot of scholarships still out there. Apparently a couple of schools have gone hard after him but no one has his signature.

But there has to be something that we don't know or he'd have signed somewhere.

Lorne Bowman has withdrawn from Wisconsin to deal with “family matters”. He went to Orchard Lake St Mary’s and was a Mr Basketball finalist. We don’t seem to have offered him. But maybe...

Update on JaJuan Carr: transferred from UNC Wilmington to Cape Fear CC. At UNCW last season, Carr played 1 minute with no other stats.
